Terms of Service
Last updated: August 17, 2026
Welcome to My D&D Music! By using the site, you agree to these Terms.
1. What My D&D Music does
My D&D Music is a free tool for organizing and playing links to music hosted by third-party services such as YouTube and SoundCloud.
We don't host, sell, or license the underlying music.
2. Your account and content
You must be at least 13 years old to use My D&D Music.
You're responsible for your account and for the links, titles, tags, notes, and other content you add. Please don't use the service to store or share anything unlawful, infringing, malicious, or that you don't have the right to use.
3. Third-party services
My D&D Music relies on and links to services we don't control, including YouTube and SoundCloud. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use their services.
Those services can change, restrict, or remove content or functionality at any time. Unfortunately, we don't get a legendary resistance against API changes.
4. Availability
My D&D Music is a free passion project provided “as is” and “as available.” We can't promise that the service—or any particular track, embed, feature, or piece of data—will always be available, accurate, or error-free.
Features may change or disappear, and the service itself may someday be discontinued. You can export your library if you'd like to keep a backup.
5. Acceptable use
Don't abuse the service, attempt to compromise its security, interfere with other users, or use it in violation of applicable law.
We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address misuse, security issues, or legal obligations.
6. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, My D&D Music and its operator won't be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising from your use of—or inability to use—the service or third-party content.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights or liabilities that legally can't be limited.
7. The legal stuff
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
We may update these Terms as the project evolves. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
